The system supports ID, TEMIC, and MIFARE® smart cards, with a lifespan of approximately 100,000 uses.
How long do the batteries last and is there a low power warning?
The 4 AA alkaline batteries typically last 8-12 months. A low-voltage warning will sound when the power drops below 4.5V, allowing for approximately 50 more unlocks before replacement is required.
Can this lock system be integrated with my current hotel PMS?
Yes, the door lock software can be integrated with most Hotel Management Software (PMS) using our provided SDK (DLL).
What happens if the electronic card system fails?
In case of electronic failure or emergency, the lock can always be opened manually using a mechanical override key.
What is the required door thickness for installation?
The standard applicable door thickness is 32-60mm. If your door is outside this range, please contact us in advance for customization.
