How long do the batteries last and what happens if they run out?
The 4 AA alkaline batteries typically last 8-12 months. When the voltage drops below 4.5V, a low-voltage warning will trigger, allowing approximately 50 more openings before exhaustion. Mechanical keys are provided for emergency access.
Is there a recurring cost for the management software?
No, the hotel management software is provided for free and is permanent. There are no subsequent fees for its use.
What is the material and durability of the lock panel?
The locks are made of Zinc Alloy with chrome plating, making them moisture-proof and fire-retardant. The PVD surface finishing is designed to be durable for at least 15 years.
Can I track who opened the door and when?
Yes, by using the data gatherer and software, you can retrieve the opening records to see exactly who accessed the lock and at what time.
What door thickness is required for installation?
The standard applicable door thickness is between 32mm and 60mm. If your door is outside this range, please advise in advance for customization.
