Frame scaffolding is a type of plug-in scaffolding system with a main structure in the shape of a door frame, consisting of vertical frames, cross braces, and diagonal braces. Its shape resembles a "door," hence the name. The system features a simple structure, easy installation, and high load capacity, and is widely used in exterior wall construction, interior decoration, bridge work, and billboard erection.

Frame scaffolding is composed of multiple standardized components, including the main frame, which serves as the primary load-bearing structure; cross braces and ledgers (horizontal braces) that connect and stabilize the frames; scaffold planks or platforms for workers to walk on and place materials; adjustable base jacks for height adjustment on uneven ground; adjustable U-head jacks installed at the top to support formwork or beams; ladders (access frames) for convenient access; and caster wheels for easy mobility.

Frame scaffolding is lightweight, quick to assemble and dismantle, versatile, safe, and stable. It can be used as a construction scaffold or combined with scaffold boards, ladders, and casters to form a mobile work platform.

Frame scaffolding involves raw material preparation, cutting, forming, welding, surface treatment, inspection, and packaging. Q345B or Q235B steel is cut and formed into components, welded precisely, then hot-dip galvanized or coated for corrosion protection. After quality checks on dimensions, welds, and load capacity, the parts are bundled and packaged for shipment, ensuring stable quality and reliable performance.
